Scholars were given the opportunity to think like engineers. They chose any pieces of construction paper they wanted to tape together to use as their base or use one if they wanted to work individually. They were then given straws, string, tape, markers and and scissors to work with. Their goal was to come up with different ways they can create a maze using the supplies and how they can cut and paste the items to create the best and most logical design that worked for them.
