Green Eggs Recipe 

2 Eggs

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

2 drops of Green Food Dye per egg

1 TBS Half & Half

1 TBS Butter

Crack the eggs, be careful not to get any shells in the mixing bowl.

Now in a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the eggs, half & half, salt, pepper and green food dye.

Whisk until blended – ensuring egg whites, yolks, salt, pepper, and green food dye are blended together.

Now heat a tablespoon of butter in our large frying pan over medium heat until the butter begins to sizzle.

Slowly add the egg mixture to the pan.

Start folding with a spatula.  Keep the eggs moving to avoid burning them and watch closely.


Serves 1 person.
